Had issues with 8 new PoE security cameras on my new home (under construction). Not only did Protech (Todd) respond the same day, he adjusted his schedule for my out of town travel… and he showed up early to our appointment and was able to diagnose and fix all eight cameras. Plus, he’s a nice guy. Thanks Todd/Protech… Hope I don’t need you, but happy to call if I do.

Protech has provided outstanding security solutions for both my business and home. Their team designed and installed a state of the art security system with cameras that are reliable and easy to use. The technicians were punctual and took the time to explain the equipment and apps to me.

The ongoing service and support have been equally impressive, with quick response times and a commitment to keeping my property secure. Based on this experience Protech is highly recommended for anyone who needs a security system .

I had existing equipment worked on. Todd figured out my issue with just a couple of pictures texted to him. He got the part and came out on a Saturday to get my system back up and running. Friendly and fare pricing.

I had Todd Cavanaugh (sp) at Protech completely redo our security system and wow, what a huge improvement with up to date equipment and a solid week of installing in 100+ temperatures. Fantastic work ethic, too. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Todd. Copper Crest subdivision is secure.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Protech Security Systems, owned by Todd Cavanaugh, for the installation of a full security camera system at our plaza in Tucson. From start to finish, Todd and his team were absolutely fantastic.
Their honesty and professionalism stood out right away. The customer service was great, and we appreciated the constant communication throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question or needed an update, Todd and his team were quick to respond and always helpful.
