About Protech Security Systems

Your Local Security Experts in Arizona

Trusted by Arizona Families and Businesses

Protech Security Systems has been trusted by families and businesses as reliable security experts in Arizona. We started in Tucson in 1999 as a small local team. From day one, our goal was to provide strong and dependable security services for people in Southern Arizona. We are still a local company, and we are proud of it.

When someone contacts us, they are asking for help with something important. We always take time to explain options in a clear and simple way. We make sure everything is installed correctly and works the way it should. There are no sales tricks or confusing language. Just real people doing real work for the community we know well.

We do not focus on selling the latest tools or technology. What is important to us is helping people feel safe in their homes, stores, offices, and other places they care about. Our team includes trained and licensed professionals who are ready to help. Many of our customers have been with us for years because they know we show up and do the job right.

Protection That Stays With You

We use trusted, high-quality security gear that works and lasts. But we know that even the best equipment is only as good as the service that backs it up. That’s why we also offer 24/7 monitoring by our team of experienced security professionals. You’ll always know your home is being looked after, no matter if you’re at work, asleep, or out of town. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had issues with 8 new PoE security cameras on my new home (under construction). Not only did Protech (Todd) respond the same day, he adjusted his schedule for my out of town travel… and he showed up early to our appointment and was able to diagnose and fix all eight cameras. Plus, he’s a nice guy. Thanks Todd/Protech… Hope I don’t need you, but happy to call if I do.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Protech has provided outstanding security solutions for both my business and home. Their team designed and installed a state of the art security system with cameras that are reliable and easy to use. The technicians were punctual and took the time to explain the equipment and apps to me.

The ongoing service and support have been equally impressive, with quick response times and a commitment to keeping my property secure. Based on this experience Protech is highly recommended for anyone who needs a security system .

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had existing equipment worked on. Todd figured out my issue with just a couple of pictures texted to him. He got the part and came out on a Saturday to get my system back up and running. Friendly and fare pricing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had Todd Cavanaugh (sp) at Protech completely redo our security system and wow, what a huge improvement with up to date equipment and a solid week of installing in 100+ temperatures. Fantastic work ethic, too. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Todd. Copper Crest subdivision is secure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had the pleasure of working with Protech Security Systems, owned by Todd Cavanaugh, for the installation of a full security camera system at our plaza in Tucson. From start to finish, Todd and his team were absolutely fantastic.
Their honesty and professionalism stood out right away. The customer service was great, and we appreciated the constant communication throughout the entire process. Anytime we had a question or needed an update, Todd and his team were quick to respond and always helpful.
